FAQ's

How do I register for an account? 

You can create an account at any time by clicking on the "create an account" link on the left side of our website. When you place items in your cart and proceed to check out you will be prompted to log in.  An account allows you to come back to this shop and view all the orders you have made.   

 

Do you have a business phone number, in which I can contact you?

As a virtual business, we prefer to communicate via e-mail.  This allows us to keep an accurate record of the correspondence between both parties.  Please use the envelope under Connect above to contact us. We answer e-mails within 24-48 hours.

 

Where are you located?

We are located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

 

Do you have a store I can visit? 

Sorry, at this time we do not have a store-front.

 

Do you accept custom requests? Sure we do! Keep in mind this depends on our current workload and excludes busy seasons and holidays.  Please contact us for custom work availability schedule.

 

Do you sell wholesale or offer discounts on bulk purchases?   We do not offer wholesale products or discounts at this time.  

 

 Is there a minimum order? Yes we do have a $5.00 minimum order. This just makes sense for our shop and helps us avoid charging handling fees.

 

 Where do you get your  products? It is our policy not to share our product sources, sorry no exceptions.

 

 I need to change something about my order, what can I do? Email us as soon as possible at partycupmedley@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number and as much information as possible to ensure prompt shipping of your order. 

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. 

You can pay with any credit card accepted by Paypal.  If you have have a Paypal account, you can also pay via your Paypal balance or e-check. 

E-checks have a processing turnaround of 3-5 business days.  If you pay via e-check, your order will not begin processing until the E-check clears.

Please Note:  You do not need a Paypal account to use this service, all you need to complete payment is valid credit card information.

 

When do you ship items?

We ship daily Mon-Friday. In stock orders ship within 2 days of purchase. We ask that you allow 2 weeks for all custom orders.  Please assume your cups are custom unless otherwise stated.

Party Cup Medley guarantees packages are placed in the shipping transit service. However, from there we do not take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you. All packages ship with shipping confirmation.

Please note: It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address provided is correct. Your item will be shipped to the address on your invoice.

Please make sure that your mailing address is correct. Buyer will be responsible for further shipping charges if the address given is incorrect.

Please note any special instructions in the comments to seller at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: International Shipping is Available, if shipping costs are slightly higher than the calculated pricing, we will send you an adjusted bill for shipping cost.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

EVENT DATE: Please include your event date at the time of purchase. Your invoice reflects the date your item will be shipped.

If your event date is in less than the 1-2 week time period required, please contact us to be sure we can accommodate your event date, a "Rush Charge" may apply.

What is your Refund/Exchange Policy?

Please choose carefully, all sales are final. No return on food & beverage packaging items.

Contact us with your questions and concerns, prior to making your purchase.

Due to the nature of customized and personalized products we do not offer refund unless, we find we are soley responsible.

Please Note: Our Current Turnaround Time is 1-2 Weeks from the date of purchase (your invoice may reflect a different date).

If your item is returned without prior authorization, a 60% restocking fee will apply, minus shipping costs, as shipping costs are not refunded.

Event & Party Supplies are time sensitive and we take pride in shipping on schedule.

Please be sure to include all custom colors and personalized information when making your purchase, we are not responsible and will not contact you for orders with un-specified information, we will assume you would like the order in the picture as shown and will ship your order on your ship date.
